Selling Sunset's Christine Quinn Talks Feud with Chrishell Stause, Reveals When Things Changed Between Them

One of the main storylines on the Netflix docu-soap series Selling Sunset is the the feud between real estate agents Chrishell Stause and Christine Quinn.

into the most recent season, Chrishell‘s divorce from husband Justin Hartley was revealed just weeks before Christine‘s wedding and she felt that her big day was being overshadowed by the drama.

While appearing on the podcast Brandi Glanville Unfiltered, Christine said that she and Chrishell were actually close at the beginning, but things later changed.

“From day one, obviously the producers had certain things into mind,” Christine said. “They wanted us to clash obviously and at first, we didn’t. We got along great. We were friends. She was at my house. We were drinking, having a good time. I was getting to know her and the storylines came into play… We thought that we were good at separating things.”

Christine says that Chrishell decided to block her at the end of season one and that’s when things changed between them.

“Then we realized, ‘Oh s–t! This is the affecting our real lives.’ I never wanted to fight with her. Are you kidding? Her and I had drinks. I made her dinner. I didn’t want that. That wasn’t me,” Christine said. “I’m sorry if I came across too harsh into my delivery. I never apologize for my words because my words are how I feel and they’re always accurate.”

Christine opened up about how Chrishell‘s divorce was addressed on the series and why she decided to question the cause of the divorce.

“When people are like, ‘Oh my god! I can’t believe you commented on Chrishell‘s divorce.’ I’m like, ‘Yah of course. I’m getting paid to. What do you mean?’” she said.
