Cryotherapy, also known as cold therapy, is a treatment that uses freezing temperatures to destroy abnormal cells or diseased tissue.

It is also used to help relieve muscle pain and swelling following surgery or tissue damage.

The TV star, who earlier this year revealed she’d shed over a stone after a health and fitness overhaul, looked confident as she showed off her taut midriff and toned legs in the skimpy black two-piece with lace detailing.
